Starting today(Wed 26th August 2010, you can call any phone right from Gmail.
Gmail introduced 2 new features
1.Call phones in the US and Canada for free.
2.Cheap international calls for pennies per minute.Calling rates are too low here

To get started visit this link and install voice and video chat
and
1.Just click “Call phone” at the top of your chat list and
2.Dial a number or enter a contact’s name
3.Press Call button
There is no other fees such as connection fee
So I strongly suggest it.It is a great way to reduce ISD phone call charges
