How to format a mobile phone..its very easy ...please remember that u will lost all customised settings,SIM card,Memory card Datas.So Please follow these steps
* Switch off your phone...
* Remove SIM card & memory chip...
* Now press & hold keys - 3,*,call green) ...
* Then without leaving these three buttons press power button...
* Formatting task will be started...
